Join me at a live studio event in Zurich. I will be teaching easy yoga flows followed by a yoga nidra practice with sound baths. The classes are suitable for all levels and taught in English.

Yoga flow & yoga nidra “A walk on the beach”
Sunday, 10:15–12:00 / CHF 50 / Zurich Stauffacher @Elevate Studio
Set the tone for your Sunday and the upcoming week with a well-balanced yoga practice. This event is designed to invite ease, calmness, and a spark of joy. We start with yummy stretches in an easy vinyasa flow and then relax in our cozy yoga nidra nests with pillows and blankets. The meditation theme will be “A walk on the beach”, accompanied by alchemy crystal singing bowls for an extra oceanic touch.
What to expect
- Welcome
- Easy vinyasa flow into yin (ca. 45min)
- Short break
- Yoga nidra & sound bath (ca. 45min)
- Closing with tarot & tea
What to bring
Props are available at the studio. Please bring your own water bottle. For the yoga nidra, you may want to bring an extra cosy shirt and socks.
